Observation

WAC 110-300-0186(1) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed individual care plans(ICP) missing in two of the child files that were reviewed. One of the children was allergic to peanuts and the other one was lactose intolerant. WAC 110-300-0186(2) During the onsite monitor visit this licenosr observed the epi-pen on site for a child with allergies had a prescription label that stated the epi-pens were expired.
